My passion for hypnotherapy originates in reading numerous books about its effective results and as a tool for my personal healing journey.

It became an obvious natural step to add Integral Hypnotherapy® to my practice to support my clients on their MIND-BODY journey.

My board certified training at The Hypnotherapy Academy of America of 400 hours of eduction in Integra Hypnotherapy equips me with tools and expertise, knowledge and skills to assist you.

AS A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
My work integrates presence and conscious touch to relieve pain and bring inner balance based on your body's unique needs.  The bodywork incorporates Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, myofascial release, NMT, cupping, stretching and aromatherapy as well as cranial sacral, reflexology, and polarity.

I am a 2009 graduate of Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage in Albuquerque, NM with post-graduate training in:
